How we build
Kevlar & carbon fiber.Zero wood.

Kevlar hull
Kevlar absorbs impact by flexing and returning to shape instead of cracking. Hand-laid in overlapping sheets and saturated with vinyl ester resin.

Carbon fiber deck
From the sheer up, carbon fiber is the structure, not a reinforcement strip. It cuts weight without cutting strength.

Built to order
Fiberglass stringers molded to the hull, no wood anywhere, and every boat built one at a time to the owner’s spec by the crew in Perry.
