Built for the fishand the family
Shallow-water draft, deep-V stability, and a Kevlar and carbon fiber build with zero wood, hand-laid one boat at a time in Perry, Florida.
On the fish fast.Smooth getting there.
Whether they’re biting minutes away in calm shallow water or miles across the chop, you’re on the fish fast, with a ride so smooth and stable it makes getting there half the fun.
Every Canyon Bay starts as hand-laid Kevlar below the waterline and carbon fiber above the sheer. Fiberglass stringers are molded to the hull. There’s no wood anywhere, so there’s nothing to rot, and the boat weighs about half what the competition weighs.
You’ll find beautiful fit and finish, a dry ride, seating where you need it, fishing gear placed where it should be, and a helm laid out so running the boat is the best part of the day.

Laid up by hand, one at a time
Every Canyon Bay is built at Perry Composite Manufacturing in Perry, Florida. The hull is laid up by hand, a layer of Kevlar at a time, and the same crew takes your boat from the first layer to the water test.
There’s no production line, and no two Canyon Bays are the same.
We welcome shop visits. Come see your boat being laid up, and we’ll help you pick the model that fits the way you fish.
The crew in Perry

Kevlar & carbon fiber.Zero wood.
Kevlar below the waterline
Kevlar flexes and returns to shape on impact instead of cracking, so the hull takes a hit and keeps going.
Carbon fiber above
Carbon fiber sides and deck carry the structure and cut the weight, which is how a 28-footer drafts 15 inches.
One boat at a time
No production line. The same crew builds your boat start to finish, to the spec you chose.
In theirown words
“Well built and rides very good in a chop. I was impressed at the fishability and stability.

“We towed her behind our larger vessel to the Bahamas in March, breaking 8 ft plus waves the whole way. Rinsed her off and enjoyed her for two weeks. Not a single issue.
David K., Fort Lauderdale
“I sure do love my Canyon Bay. She is perfect for my smallmouth and striper charters in Tennessee.
